Counseling
- Individual therapy assists with issues that are hard to face alone. Individual therapy is also called psychotherapy, psychosocial therapy, talk therapy, and counseling.
- Family therapy focuses on diverse problems at a systemic level. This systemic level of treatment addresses specific issues affecting the psychological health of the family, such as major life transitions or mental health conditions. Family therapy may be used as the primary mode of treatment or as a complementary approach.
- Group Therapy involves one or more therapists working with several people simultaneously. Group therapy is sometimes used alone, but it can be integrated into a comprehensive treatment plan which includes individual therapy.
Behavioral Services
- Behavioral Health Services help people with common mental illnesses and substance use disorders. Behavioral health treatment is a way of helping people with mental conditions or substance use disorders.
Therapeutic Day Treatment (TDT)
- Therapeutic Day Treatment provides a combination of therapeutic services and evaluation with emotional and behavioral concerns hindering students’ ability to function successfully in their environment.
